Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Zhosie website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or order from us.
1. About us
Zhosie is the trading name of 郑州狼可电子科技有限公司 (Zhengzhou Langke Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.), a leather atelier based in Luoyang, Henan, China. Our pieces are made by hand and sold worldwide. You can reach us at hello@zhosie.com.
2. Orders and how a contract is formed
The product pages on this site are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. When you complete checkout you place an order; a contract of sale is formed only when we send you an order confirmation and accept payment.
We may decline or cancel an order, and refund in full, if:
- the item is out of stock or was withdrawn after you ordered;
- there is an obvious error in the price or description shown;
- we cannot ship to your address, or the address you gave is incomplete;
- we suspect fraud, an unauthorised payment instrument, or a breach of these terms.
Each piece is made in limited numbers. Stock is not reserved until payment is confirmed, so an order can be declined if the piece sells out while payment is pending.
3. Prices, currency and payment
All prices are shown in USD ($) and include our own packaging costs. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price shown at the moment you place your order is the price that applies to that order.
Payment is collected through the provider offered at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number — it is handled entirely by the payment provider. Charging your payment instrument happens when we accept your order.
You are responsible for any bank charges, currency-conversion fees or payment-provider fees charged by your own bank or card issuer.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship from Luoyang, Henan, China. Estimated transit times are:

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates, and they run from dispatch — not from the moment you place the order. Hand-making and packing can take a few working days before dispatch.
Duties and import taxes. Duties and import taxes, if any, are the buyer's responsibility. Parcels are declared at their true value; we cannot mark an order as a gift or under-declare it, as that is against customs law. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we refund the item price less any shipping we have already paid and any return costs charged to us.
Risk and title. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
Lost or damaged parcels. Tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date if a parcel has not arrived, or within 7 days of delivery if it arrived damaged, and keep the packaging and photographs. We will open a claim with the carrier and, where the carrier confirms loss, either replace the piece or refund you in full.
5. Returns, exchanges and cancellation
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
- Email hello@zhosie.com first — returns sent without notice may be refused.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method, once we have inspected the piece.
What we cannot accept: items that have been worn or used, that have been customised or made to a personal specification, that show damage not present on delivery, or that are returned outside the 14-day window. Personalised and made-to-order pieces are excluded from the change-of-mind return right; this does not affect your rights if the piece is faulty.
Faulty items. If a piece is faulty or not as described, contact us — we will cover return shipping and repair, replace or refund it. Your statutory rights are set out in the "Consumer rights are not affected" notice above and are not limited by this section.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — photographs, video, text, graphic design, the Zhosie name and logo — is owned by 郑州狼可电子科技有限公司 (Zhengzhou Langke Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.) or licensed to us, and is protected by Chinese and international copyright law.
You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that is unlawful or that damages, disables or impairs it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the admin area, server or any connected system;
- submit automated requests, scrape content, or probe/scan the infrastructure;
- place fraudulent orders or use a payment instrument you are not authorised to use;
- provide false information in any form on the site;
- use our name or images to imply an endorsement that does not exist.
We may block access, without notice, for any of the above.
8. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images or other content are free of errors or are always current. Product photography may differ slightly from the finished piece — leather is a natural material and every hide is different. Colour can also vary between screens.
9. Third-party links
Where we link to third-party sites (for example social media profiles or our payment provider), we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read their own policies.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 郑州狼可电子科技有限公司 (Zhengzhou Langke Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.) is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free operation of the site. Where the law gives you a right to a remedy for a faulty product, that right is unaffected by this section.
11. Privacy
Use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of China. Any dispute falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luoyang, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. The version in force at the time you ordered governs that order.
